She showed us the most popular items and the best part is that she made our visit so personal. She’s kept in touch with us ever since!

She sends us sales flyers and personalized notes with discount cards! Say what?! Yup, I love her! Give it a shot, check out Swarovski on the 3rd floor.

You, too, will say goodbye to other way overpriced jewelry spots nearby. The manager there was extremely short and rude to us. Every answer out of her mouth was we can’t do that, no, it’s against policy.

She never even thought about a way to help us or gave us any alternatives. I’ve never received such awful customer service.

Very disappointed with our experience there. I love sparkles. This is a small store and is a bit hidden. It’s on the third floor next to Aveda, near Neiman Marcus But they have a great selection of figurines and jewelry to choose from.

I like that they have Hello Kitty and Disney characters! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped me find what I needed!

Great place to get a gift. ALSO the woman who helped us was super nice and super helpful, so that is a plus all the way. This store is for any one else who loves these kind of things.

Also a fun store for just window shopping. My friend got me this pink heart pendent from Swarovski Gallery and I fell in love with crystals.

As the sun shines on my pendent as I drive, a beautiful pink reflections encircles the car. What an amazing sight. The store is hidden away on the third floor next to the Aveda Salon.

It’s fairly small but there are some selections. Rings, necklaces, bracelets, and some Hello Kitty accessories surrounded the store.

The ladies that work there are very friendly. A friendly shop. Employees seem to be in a cheerful manner. We went there to find a simple Christmas Tree ornament and were not disappointed.

They had a snowflake of crystal with a silver tag on it indiscriminately hung from the top with the year on it.

It sure is a nice keepsake. This is a fun store to find things that I wouldn’t normally buy. A place to splurge when you have the urge to spend on something really, really nice.
