My ring fell and one of the diamonds went missing. As we entered the store we were greeted with warm smiles and a pleasant welcome from Layla, Sales Associate and Myisha the Assistant Manager.

Layla tried to assist us but could not find our information on their system. She gave us the number for Gordons’ Customer Service Dept.

We spoke to a Gordon’s customer service rep but she was of no help whatsoever. The rep told us there was nothing they could do without the original documents.

My wife and I were extremely upset and frustrated that in this age of technology, our information could not be found. As we were about to leave the store Layla said she wanted to check the system again.

She found our information and discovered that the telephone number and name in the system were entered incorrectly. She made the correction and updated our data.

As we waited, I observed the staff and their interaction with the customers. The Assistant Manager, Myisha, Layla and the rest of the staff were all very pleasant, courteous and professional.

Zales has extremely deceptive advertising. I went to their Valentine sale section and selected a ring and bought it. Their chat customer service was absolutely useless even after I spoke with a manager.

They literally copy and paste the same things over and over again. I tried contacting them on Twitter with the same insulting copy and paste results.

I reported them to the BBB for false advertising. I told my husband I never want anything from this company again. I was a long time customer of Zales for years.

In I made a large purchase of jewelry. The sales rep talked me into applying for a line of credit in order to take advantage of the interest free program.

She stated the interest would start to accrue if not paid in 18 months.

My plan was to make small payments and a large payment at the end. I called Comenity Bank and spoke to quite a few people. I was told by the bank the interest starts at time of purchase and is added at the end.

Of course Comenity Bank refused to reverse the charge. I feel very deceived.

Zales has not been sending me statements to my new address nor wireless. I purchased the agreement to have my jewelry cleaned and serviced every 6 months.

Zales is very helpful when selling but not much help afterwards. Zales has gone down so much in quality and service. I will never make another purchase there again.

Please be careful of their credit trap. This has been an expensive lesson. Ordered my wedding ring Jan 5th Ring said it was delivered at store on the 21st.

The store doesn’t have it and now they have to investigate on how the ring got lost.

I have to wait 8 to 10 days for someone to get back with me with info. They are gonna trace the package. Meanwhile I have no wedding ring. They refuse to send another ring.

Never again will I purchase anything from Zales. Today is Feb 1st and no response from them. Do not stand by product or warranty. Item was damaged and refused to cover under warranty that they recommended and started would cover damages.

Charge later fees even when payments made on due date.

Overall horrendous company. Please buy your jewelry elsewhere. I purchased my tungsten wedding band from there along with my wife’s wedding band and a necklace for her.

Her wedding rings were fine along with the necklace. The staff in the Chicago Ridge Mall location was rude and really seemed like they do not care about the customers.

After having my ring for over year it broke. I took it back to the store that I got it from to see what could be done about it.

Again I was treated rudely and the staff had the same attitude about not really caring for the customers. After this last experience I will take my business to another jewelry store.

Being a tungsten band I would have expected better quality.
